Hot Pod Yoga, Leicester
An empty industrial unit in Leicester turned into the new Hot Pod Yoga studio. We carried out the full electrical installation and managed the fit-out.
What we did
- New distribution board
- Showers and changing rooms
- Pod sockets switched together from one button or an app, through contactors
- Last-man-out switch to turn everything off
- CO2 detectors linked to an acoustic extract fan and ducting, supplied and installed by us
- Fire alarm panel and CCTV

Warehouse, offices and showroom, Kibworth
One open warehouse unit in Kibworth made into a working warehouse, offices and showroom for a point-of-sale display supplier.
What we did
- Warehouse: LED high bays, emergency lighting, and three phase and outdoor sockets
- Offices and showroom: a new sub-main and distribution board
- Full electrical fit-out of the offices and showroom
- Data cabling and cabinet
- CCTV wiring
- Supplies and rotary isolators for the air conditioning

Strong Pilates, Leicester
A stripped-out building in Leicester given a full electrical fit-out for Strong Pilates, with lighting that can be dimmed from several points around the room.
What we did
- New distribution board with steel trunking
- Fire alarm wiring

- LED track spotlights in the studio
- LED panels and an underlit desk in reception

Pumps, motors and control panels
For an NHS site, we repaired a failed sewage pump system and then carried out a full refurbishment with new pumps and float switches. On a Leicestershire farm, we repaired motors, DOL starters and control panels to get equipment back in service.
